• For existing projects, proof of profitability for the previous three fiscal years must be submitted.
• Storage should be limited to no more than 500MT.
• The promoter's background should be solid.

• Score on the CIBIL - Lenders first look at your CIBIL Score to determine your prior financial and transaction history to determine your ability to repay a loan or manage a transaction. If your CIBIL Score is less than 750, you are unlikely to qualify for a Home Loan; but, if it exceeds 750, you can simply apply for and obtain a Home Loan at competitive rates.
